Precautions for installation of idling vertical pump:

1. If the height of the outlet piping is higher than the motor or there is reverse pressure, please install a check valve at the pump outlet. The position of the device should not exceed the liquid level line too much.

2. For the sake of safety, a filter is installed at the entrance to avoid inhaling sundries and damaging the pump. The mesh hole area is more than 5 times the diameter.

3. When using in a special environment, if you need to install an explosion-proof or pressure-resistant explosion-proof motor, please explain to our sales staff.

4. When using in an environment containing chemical gases, you must choose a motor with special treatment and anti-corrosion paint.

5. When two vertical pumps are running at the same time, they cannot share one outlet and inlet pipeline, which will affect the life and performance of the pumps and cause serious damage to the pumps.
